Sorry for the silence, I’ve been out of town at family celebrations, letting other people cook for me! I’m busy now prepping my meal tomorrow (Christmas dinner, beef tenderloin, traditional sides, vanilla bean chiffon cake and chocolate angel food cake) and then my meal with my in laws on Sunday (our annual holiday Indian celebration–dal, beef stew, Goan shrimp, sauteed veggies, and something chocolate, not sure what yet–ACK!). Hoping to get some of the successful dishes posted in the next week or 2.
