I thought I would try something different around here–not instead of but in addition to. I remember the first time someone linked back to my blog–I was floored. Someone actually read my recipe and thought it was good enough to link to me! So I think I am going to give back as it were and start letting you guys know about some of the recipes I have seen around the ‘net that I am dying to try. Hopefully this way I will remember the recipes and some of you guys may discover some great new (to you) sites in the process.

If, like me, you prefer the lemon tart filling to the tart crust, you might want to check out the Lemon-gasm Pie at Dozen Flours. Skips the headache of making the crust and gives you a lot more lemony goodness.

Why didn’t I know you could whip ganache? Check out Savory Sweet Life‘s exploration of the ways to use ganache. The next cupcakes that get a ganache topping are definitely getting it whipped!

I love Larb Gai, but somehow always thought it would be a pain to make. The Skinny Gourmet‘s recipe looks delightfuly simple–and really packed with flavor. Definitely planning to introduce this to the dinner rotation!

Ever since trying Sugardaddy’s incredibly decadent Rich Mint Brunette Sumptuous Sweetie (i.e., brownie), I have not been able to get mint brownies out of my head. As soon as I get back to Columbus I am stockpiling them! But until then, these Peppermint Patty Brownie Cupcakes by The Crepes Of Wrath ought to tide me over.
