To Try Tuesday

I really like To Try Tuesday–for myself to remember where recipes are, if nothing else. However, I have been feeling pressure (totally self-induced) to get a certain number of recipes–which happens if I have time to peruse the web and does not happen if I don’t. SO from here on out, I think I am just posting what I find in the normal course of things. Life is busy!

There is no such thing as too many legume based soups. I am constantly on the look out for new ways of offering up lentils, beans, chickpeas, etc. And this Red Lentil, Bulghur and Mint Soup from Vegetable Matter looks fabulously different–and just plain fabulous.
