Coconut Frosting

Ingredients
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup AP flour
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 t almond extract (I dislike so I left out)
  • 1 t vanilla
Instructions
  1. Combine everything but the extracts in a small saucepan. Whisk constantly on medium heat, for 5-7 minutes, or until thickened. Remove from the heat and stir the extracts in.
