Spiced Apple Bundt Cake Layered with Pecan Streusel

There was a mishap. A mishap we shall not speak of. There might have been screaming. And yelling. Tears even. Because I am serious about bundt cakes, and especially this one, made to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of Bundtamonth (theme: fancy!) and made as dessert for a dinner that night with guests.

I wanted a really refreshing salad to go with Alex’s lasagna. I had seen this salad over at Poor Girl Eats Well and was instantly hooked. There is something about cucumbers in the summer that instantly perks any dish up. And I love using peaches in savory presentations.
